What Spiral Birth Offers

Fertility Bundles

I provide holistic support for the preconception stage. Standard bundles include six sessions, consisting of a comprehensive intake, fertility education class, lifestyle assessment, fertility plan consultation, and follow-ups. A client also has the option to hire for month-to-month fertility support, which would typically include two sessions of support, starting with a comprehensive intake and fertility education class, then monthly lifestyle assessment and fertility plan consultation.

Plans can also be created to include IUI (intrauterine semination) or IVF (in vitro fertilization) attendance support, fertility steam plans, couples general wellness support, opening rite, energy work sessions, and additional fertility sessions.

Birth and Labor Bundles

I provide holistic support from prenatal and labor and delivery through to the postpartum stages. Bundles can be customized to the client’s needs. A standard bundle will include a comprehensive intake, two prenatal sessions including birth plan consultation & childbirth education, birth & labor support, and two postpartum sessions; a premium bundle including four prenatal sessions and four postpartum sessions are available as well. Additional prenatal and postpartum sessions can be included in either bundle.

Additional services can include lactation education, herbal consultaton, pelvic steam plans, yoga, prenatal energy work sessions, blessings ritual, bone closing ritual, belly-binding, basic housekeeping, meal delivery, and custom waistbeads.

Postpartum Bundles

I provide holistic support for postpartum care. A standard postpartum bundle is six sessions that includes a comprehensive intake, postpartum planning, nutrition & postpartum education, and general mental wellness support. A client also has the option to hire for month-to-month postpartum support services, which would typically include two sessions of support, starting with a comprehensive intake and postpartum education, postpartum plan consultation, and general wellness support.

Lactation consultation, meal delivery, basic housecleaning, postnatal yoga, custom waistbeads, bone closing rite, grief rite, energy work sessions, and additional postpartum education sessions can be added on.

Lactation consultation is also available as a standalone service.

Pregnancy & Infant Loss Bundles

I provide holistic support for miscarriages, stillbirths, other planned and unplanned pregnancy losses, and child loss. These are customized to the client’s needs. Standard pregnancy & infant loss bereavement bundles include perinatal grief and loss education, two postpartum sessions and three bereavement support sessions.

Birth & labor support, memorial & remembrance planning, herbal consultation, pelvic steam plans, yoga, belly-binding, bone closing rite, grief rite, energy work sessions, basic housekeeping, meal delivery, and custom waistbeads are also available as add-on options.

Abortion Bundles

I provide holistic support for miscarriages that result in abortions and unplanned pregnancies. These are customized to the client’s needs. Standard abortion bundles are six sessions, including a comprehensive intake, abortion care and support education, termination planning, two postpartum sessions and two sessions of general mental health and self-care wellness.

Three Virtual Contacts can also be substituted.

Birth & labor support, herbal consultation, pelvic steam plans, yoga, belly-binding, memorials and celebrations, energy work sessions, basic housekeeping, meal delivery, and custom waistbeads are also available as add-on options. Additional postpartum education or bereavement support sessions can also be added.

Grief Support

May be ideal and beneficial for those experiencing pregnancy loss, infant loss, abortions, sexual assault, domestic violence, substance addictions, and those managing chronic illnesses

Work with me on an interactive grief support plan. Custom bereavement support may include conversation engagement, self-care education, integrative soul work, yoga, care safety plans, grief education, and general mental wellness support.

A standard grief support bundle will include a comprehensive intake session, grief education class, care safety plan, and four sessions of customized mental health wellness. Individual grief support sessions are available as well.

Additional services can include custom yoga sessions, bone closing rite, grief rite, road opening rite, energy work sessions, creative art sessions, basic housekeeping services, meal delivery services, and other community care services.

Pelvic Steam Bundles

Vaginal/Pelvic Steaming are steam sessions with or without herbs that may prove beneficial for women, men, and non-binary people. Sessions may help facilitate with painful periods, irregular cycles, menstrual cramps, cysts, infections, vaginal dryness, menopausal transition, and more. Advanced steam plans can be facilitated for specific conditions, such as endometriosis, fibroids, labor preparation, postpartum recovery, miscarriages/infant loss, sexual trauma recovery, and more. Steam plans for men and clients with male genitalia are also available, and they may be tailored to assist with hemorrhoids, constipation, colon health, prostate health, and erectile dysfunction.

Vaginal/Pelvic steam plans are solely available as phone or virtual consultations and are inclusive of herbal blends. Bundles are in the form of 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans.

Add-on services are available, such as fertility planning, postpartum planning, lactation education, mental wellness support, bereavement support, yoga, rites and celebrations, energy work sessions, and meditation.

Lactation Consultation Bundles

I provide integrative lactation and feeding support for your baby or babies.

A standard lactation consultation package is six sessions.

An initial meeting will include a comprehensive assessment. We will then proceed with two lactation monitoring sessions for effective solutions and a written protocol, a lactation education class, a postpartum education class, and a postpartum planning session. A general wellness follow-up will also be conducted.

Services can be provided in-person or virtually via Zoom or Skype.

Endometriosis Support

As a fellow Endo Sis & Advocate, I also provide custom Endometriosis support bundles. A standard bundle includes a comprehensive intake and six customized sessions that generally include an endometriosis class, self-care plan and community care plan, and four other sessions that can include general mental wellness, follow-ups, herbal education, and more specifically designed content to meet the needs of those who are managing their endometriosis conditions.

Bundles can also be customized to include medical office visit support, pelvic steam bundles, grief rite, bone closing rite, yoga sessions, energy work sessions, basic housecleaning, meal delivery, and custom waistbeads.

Autistic & ADHD Reproductive Wellness

This service is for those diagnosed as Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD who are having concerns and issues pertaining to PMDD, postmenstrual syndrome, menopause, or other period concerns.

A standard bundle includes six sessions, including a comprehensive intake, educational class, care planning, and four sessions that may often include holistic period care or menopause education, sensory care education, self-care plan, and a follow-up.

Add-on sessions are also available, which can include additional holistic period care sessions, additional menopausal care sessions, energy work sessions, bone closing rite, grief rite, pelvic steam consultations, yoga, and meditation.

Celebrations and Rites

Celebrations and Rites can be added into a bundle as additional services or be booked as a standalone service.

Rites and celebrations can include the following

Virtual Classes

Attend one of the community virtual classes that are taught on a monthly rotation.

These educational sessions often pertain to fertility support, endometriosis, childbirth education, lactation education, perinatal mental health, pregnancy & infant loss, abortion rights, contraception education, menopause, and more.

All of these classes are recorded for the registrants unless otherwise instructed.

As a traveling Birthworker, In-Person Birthwork is available for clients that live within a 200-mile radius of Albany, Georgia. Additional charges for transportation will apply for any visit that is 25 miles outside the radius of Dougherty County, Georgia. Virtual support via Phone, Zoom, and Skype is also available for many services.
