I host virtual intensives and classes on a variety of birthwork and reproductive wellness-related topics. These educational sessions often pertain to fertility support, endometriosis, childbirth education, lactation education, perinatal mental health, pregnancy & infant loss, abortion rights, contraception education, menopause, and more.
I currently teach a total of 15 classes (excluding the Black Birthwork Lineage Teach-In), which I will host and cover once or twice a year. Those fifteen classes are listed below with upcoming dates and fees.

Community Birthwork
In this 5-hour class, we will discuss community elements in Birthwork. The agenda is inclusive of the following:
Intimate Partner Violence
Substance Addiction and Harm Reduction during the Perinatal period

Birthwork support for the Unhoused

Holistic Period Care Intensive
In this 4-hour class, we are talking all about Period Care. We will touch on the history of period health, the different phases of the menstrual cycle, common period imbalances, plant medicine, self-care, and reproductive justice in the realm of period care.

Herbalism in Reproductive Wellness
In this 4-hour class, we are discussing the history of Plant Medicine in Birthwork and Reproductive Justice. We will discuss herbs for Fertility, Pregnancy, and Postpartum experiences.

Pelvic Steam Intensive
In this 4-hour class, we will discuss pelvic steaming, also called vaginal steaming and yoni steaming, common myths, the benefits, the anatomy of a blend, types of blends, and the research and advocacy currently being done around this ancient practice.
Suggestion: It is advised that you register for the Holistic Period Care intensive and/or the Herbalism in Reproductive Wellness class prior to attending this event, but it is not mandatory

Lactation Education
In this 4-hour class, we will discuss the history of lactation, contemporary common questions and answers, perinatal lactation, and postpartum care.

Perinatal Grief and Mental Health
In this 4-hour class, we are discussing perinatal grief, inclusive of fertility, perinatal loss, and birth traumas. We will cover the different types of miscarriages, the different types of stillbirths, and infant loss. We will also cover the unique grief of perinatal loss, perinatal mental health, and ways to support parents during this time. We will conclude by discussing memorials and celebrations to mark this time.

Endometriosis Care
In this 4-hour class, we will discuss the history of endometriosis, symptoms, diagnosis and other medical procedures, co-occurring conditions, fertility work, social issues around endometriosis, holistic care, and advocacy and research.

Fertility Care
In this 4-hour class, we will discuss the various forms of common infertility experiences, LGBTQ+ conception, IVF and IUI, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and more.

Menopausal Care
In this 4-hour class, we discuss various phases of menopause, medical support, herbalism, lifestyle changes, and more.

Postpartum Care
In this 4-hour class, we will discuss postpartum planning, perinatal grief and mental health, lactation and newborn care, and family dynamics support.

African-American Birthwork History and Reproductive Health
In this 4-hour class, we are discussing the history of African-American Birthwork. We will discuss the role of African-American Midwives, and the vital role that they and Black women played in the formation of Gynecology and Birthwork in this country. We will also discuss the various elements of birthwork, from fertility to postpartum, and why they are important in Black Maternal and Parental Care.

Queer and Trans Reproductive Wellness
In this 4-hour course, we will discuss gender & sexuality, gender-affirming care, perinatal education, perinatal grief and perinatal mental health in in the LGBTQPIA+ community, period support, and menopausal care.

Autistic Period, Birthwork, and Menopause
In this 4-hour session, we will discuss research pertaining to how Autistics often have higher rates of challenges around periods, birthwork, and menopause than non-Autistics. We will also discuss Autistic-centric educational focus around holistic period care, childbirth education, and menopausal support. We will also discuss a variety of ways in which women and other menstruating, birthing, and menopausal people can be supported during this time.
